NGOẠI GIAO VĂN HÓA TRONG CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỐI NGOẠI VIỆT NAM
Tóm tắt
Bước vào thế kỉ XXI, ngoại giao văn hóa đóng vai trò rất quan trọng đối với chính sách đối ngoại của mỗi quốc gia trong quan hệ quốc tế. Bài viết này trình bày sự thay đổi tích cực trong chính sách đối ngoại Việt Nam với việc triển khai ngoại giao văn hóa nhằm gia tăng quyền lực mềm đối với các nước từ sau Chiến tranh Lạnh đến nay. Việc đẩy mạnh hoạt động ngoại giao văn hóa tạo thời cơ vàng để Việt Nam chủ động hội nhập quốc tế với mục tiêu làm cho thế giới hiểu biết hơn về đất nước, con người và văn hóa Việt Nam. Đây là một trong những việc làm thiết thực góp phần thúc đẩy ngoại giao chính trị và ngoại giao kinh tế phát triển nhằm gia tăng quyền lực mềm để nâng cao vị thế của Việt Nam trên trường quốc tế trong tương lai.
