Tóm tắt
Truyện ngụ ngôn là thể loại văn học dân gian hay, độc đáo, có nhiều ý nghĩa trong cuộc sống, thu hút sự quan tâm của nhiều nhà sưu tầm, nghiên cứu. Áp dụng phương pháp lịch sử cùng với các thao tác so sánh, phân tích, bài viết xác lập cái nhìn tổng quát về quá trình sưu tầm, biên soạn, khảo cứu truyện ngụ ngôn Việt Nam; nhấn mạnh đến những đóng góp, chỉ ra những vấn đề cần tiếp tục khai thác ở các công trình; thông qua đó, hiểu được bước phát triển trong việc sưu tầm, biên soạn, nghiên cứu truyện ngụ ngôn. Từ những cơ sở trên, bài viết góp phần khẳng định thành quả mà folklore học Việt Nam đã đạt được và nêu những vấn đề cần tiếp tục sưu tầm, nghiên cứu thể loại này ở Việt Nam.
