KIẾN THỨC CỦA HỌC SINH TIỂU HỌC VỀ NGHĨA TOÁN TỬ CỦA PHÂN SỐ

Tính đa nghĩa của khái niệm phân số là nguồn gốc của những khó khăn mà học sinh tiểu học gặp phải trong việc hiểu và sử dụng khái niệm này. Trong các nghĩa đó, nghĩa toán tử liên quan đến vai trò công cụ của phép nhân các phân số. Nghiên cứu tri thức luận cho phép thiết lập một lưới các tổ chức toán học tham chiếu cần xây dựng trong dạy học để giúp học sinh hiểu sự cần thiết của phép nhân các phân số. Với lưới tổ chức toán học tham chiếu đó, bài viết đã chỉ ra rằng thực tế dạy học toán ở tiểu học chưa hình thành được nghĩa toán tử của phân số cho học sinh. Hệ quả là sự không đầy đủ trong kiến thức của các em. Họ có thể thực hiện được các quy tắc nhân phân số, nhưng lại không huy động được phép toán này vào việc giải quyết một số vấn đề của Toán học và thực tiễn. Khẳng định này đã được hợp thức hoá bằng một nghiên cứu thực nghiệm trình bày ở cuối bài báo.
