LÍ THUYẾT ĐÁNH GIÁ TRONG PHÂN TÍCH DIỄN NGÔN: NGHIÊN CỨU THỬ NGHIỆM TỪ CÁO TRẠNG TIẾNG VIỆT

Bài viết này sử dụng Lí thuyết Đánh giá được xây dựng bởi Martin và White (2005) để phân tích nguồn tạo nghĩa Liên nhân trong diễn ngôn pháp lí. Cáo trạng là một thể loại diễn ngôn pháp lí được sử dụng để minh họa cho hệ thống Đánh giá trong tạo lập văn bản. Kết quả phân tích khẳng định Lí thuyết Đánh giá là một khung lí thuyết hợp lí cho việc mô tả siêu chức năng Liên nhân của các thể loại diễn ngôn nói hay viết. Đồng thời, kết quả của việc phân tích hệ thống Đánh giá trong một bản cáo trạng cho thấy rằng Tình cảm (Affect) không tồn tại trong ngữ liệu. Bên cạnh đó, chủ thể diễn ngôn cũng rất ít tạo ra “không gian” cho những tiếng nói khác. Chính vì điều này tạo nên lập luận sắc bén, kết hợp với những “sự thật” như là minh chứng cho kết luận của Cơ quan Kiểm sát trong việc truy tố các bị can ra trước Tòa án có thẩm quyền.
