SỨC KHỎE TÂM THẦN CỦA VỊ THÀNH NIÊN ĐỊA BÀN THÀNH PHỐ HỒ CHÍ MINH: SÀNG LỌC NGUY CƠ VÀ GIẢI PHÁP

Tại Việt Nam, vấn đề sức khỏe tâm thần (SKTT) của vị thành niên (VTN) ngày càng được quan tâm. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện với mục tiêu sàng lọc nguy cơ và đề xuất giải pháp cho vấn đề SKTT của VTN trên địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM). Bài viết sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu cắt ngang bằng bảng hỏi (được xây dựng dựa trên thang đánh giá DASS-21) và kĩ thuật chọn mẫu thuận tiện trên 6575 học sinh thuộc nhóm đối tượng VTN từ 12 đến 16 tuổi ở địa bàn TPHCM. Kết quả cho thấy lo âu ở mức độ “nặng” và “rất nặng” chiếm tỉ lệ cao (21,13%) so với trầm cảm (10%) và stress (11,7%). Các nguyên nhân chính, gồm: áp lực học tập, thi cử; hoang mang về sự thay đổi tâm sinh lí tuổi dậy thì vì thiếu sự đồng hành, hỗ trợ từ cha mẹ, thầy cô; không được định hướng về nghề nghiệp và lựa chọn tổ hợp bậc học trung học phổ thông phù hợp. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu này, bài viết đề xuất các giải pháp từ góc nhìn tâm lí học đường nhằm giúp VTN chủ động nhận diện và tìm kiếm sự hỗ trợ từ các nguồn lực trong trường học.
