Giáo dục STEM là mô hình giáo dục đang được quan tâm ở các trường THPT hiện nay, trong đó có các chủ đề STEM Robotics. Nhiều nghiên cứu trên thế giới đã cho thấy STEM Robotics tác động tích cực đến định hướng nghề nghiệp của học sinh ở nhóm ngành STEM. Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi sẽ xây dựng chủ đề STEM Robotics tích hợp giáo dục hướng nghiệp “Tôi là kĩ sư chế tạo Robot cứu hỏa” dựa trên chương trình các môn Vật lí, Tin học, Công nghệ ở trường THPT, từ đó phân tích, đánh giá sự tác động của chủ đề đến định hướng nghề nghiệp của HS theo Lí thuyết nhận thức xã hội về nghề nghiệp (SCCT) và tiến hành thực nghiệm sư phạm trên 4 lớp học sinh. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy hoạt động trải nghiệm STEM Robotics có tác động tích cực đến định hướng nghề nghiệp của học sinh trong tương lai.
