Tóm tắt


Hoạt động trải nghiệm và quản trị hoạt động trải nghiệm cho trẻ ở trường mầm non là một trong những nội dung quan trọng trong quản trị nhà trường nhằm thực hiện mục tiêu giáo dục mầm non, đồng thời cũng là vấn đề được quan tâm nghiên cứu rộng rãi ngoài nước và trong nước. Thông qua tổng thuật các nghiên cứu tiêu biểu, bài viết trình bày kết quả tổng quan nghiên cứu về hoạt động trải nghiệm và quản trị hoạt động trải nghiệm cho trẻ ở trường mầm non. Nhìn chung, các nghiên cứu ở lĩnh vực này chủ yếu được thực hiện theo 03 hướng chính: Nghiên cứu về giáo dục trải nghiệm, về hoạt động trải nghiệm và quản trị hoạt động trải nghiệm ở trường mầm non. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy đã có nhiều nghiên cứu về lí luận và thực tiễn liên quan đến giáo dục trải nghiệm, hoạt động trải nghiệm trong nhà trường. Tuy nhiên, ở Việt Nam, còn ít nghiên cứu về quản trị hoạt động trải nghiệm cho trẻ ở trường mầm non, đòi hỏi có thêm những nghiên cứu cả về lí luận và thực tiễn nhằm thực hiện hiệu quả mục tiêu giáo dục mầm non trong bối cảnh đổi mới.
