Bài báo đề cập các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến thiết kế và tổ chức hoạt động khám phá khoa học nhằm phát triển khả năng sáng tạo cho trẻ 5-6 tuổi tại huyện Thạnh Hóa, tỉnh Long An. Sử dụng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (PLS SEM), bài viết phân tích dữ liệu khảo sát 61 giáo viên mầm non (GVMN) để kiểm chứng các giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng sự tự tin của giáo viên (GV) và kiến thức chuyên môn là các yếu tố quan trọng quyết định đến hành vi thiết kế và tổ chức hoạt động khoa học nhằm phát triển khả năng sáng tạo cho trẻ 5-6 tuổi của GV. Sự hỗ trợ từ đồng nghiệp và các bên liên quan cũng đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc nâng cao sự tự tin của GV. Điều này nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của việc cung cấp chương trình đào tạo và hỗ trợ phù hợp để giúp GVMN phát triển kĩ năng và tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc thực hành thiết kế và tổ chức hoạt động khoa học nhằm phát triển khả năng sáng tạo cho trẻ.
