Khóa học trực tuyến ngắn hạn đang là một trong các chủ đề quan tâm của lĩnh vực đào tạo điện tử (e-Learning), và cũng là hình thức đào tạo phù hợp với nhu cầu học tập hiện nay của cộng đồng trước nhiều biến động bất ngờ của kinh tế – xã hội do thiên tai, dịch bệnh. Cho đến nay, vẫn chưa có một công trình nghiên cứu đầy đủ về việc xây dựng các khóa học trực tuyến đối với ngữ cảnh dạy học tại Việt Nam nói chung, và bài toán thiết kế kịch bản sư phạm cho khóa học này nói riêng. Bài báo đề xuất một quy trình thiết kế kịch bản sư phạm và các mô tả chi tiết để làm nền tảng cho việc xây dựng các khóa học trực tuyến ngắn hạn nhằm phục vụ cho các nhu cầu đào tạo nguồn nhân lực và phát triển nghề nghiệp tại Việt Nam.
