Bài viết tổng hợp và phân tích các nghiên cứu cập nhật liên quan tới chủ đề về trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỉ (RLPTK) có ngôn ngữ nói tối thiểu – là những trẻ RLPTK có rất ít hoặc không có ngôn ngữ nói. Các nghiên cứu hiện hành về chủ đề này xoay quanh các hướng chính, bao gồm: định nghĩa và đặc điểm của nhóm trẻ RLPTK có ngôn ngữ nói tối thiểu; các phương pháp đánh giá phù hợp và các mô hình can thiệp giáo dục hiệu quả. Kết quả cho thấy t lệ trẻ RLPTK là đáng kể. Nhóm trẻ này vẫn còn là một thách thức đối với các dịch vụ trị liệu và giáo dục, vì vậy, cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu để nâng cao chất lượng hơn nữa trong trị liệu và giáo dục.
