SỬ DỤNG VĂN HỌC TRONG HOẠT ĐỘNG NGOẠI GIAO VĂN HÓA CỦA VIỆT NAM
Tóm tắt
Bài viết phân tích mối quan hệ giữa một số chức năng của văn học đối với công tác ngoại giao của Việt Nam nói chung, và ngoại giao văn hóa nói riêng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy mối quan hệ biện chứng giữa văn học và ngoại giao văn hóa. Vai trò của văn học đối với hoạt động ngoại giao được nhận diện và đúc kết từ thực tiễn lịch sử ngoại giao của Việt Nam. Lịch sử đã chứng minh văn học từng được sử dụng như một công cụ ngoại giao có hiệu quả trong công cuộc xây dựng và bảo vệ tổ quốc. Hiện nay, tiếp thu và kế thừa những giá trị ấy, Đảng và Nhà nước đặt ra định hướng mới, sâu sát với thực tiễn để phát huy tối đa vai trò của văn học trong ngoại giao. Bài viết đồng thời đề cập và phân tích những thành tựu có được từ thực tiễn triển khai các định hướng của Đảng và Nhà nước liên quan đến việc sử dụng văn học như một phương tiện ngoại giao.
