Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá sự hài lòng của khách du lịch đối với hoạt động du lịch đường sông ở tuyến sông Hàn, thành phố Đà Nẵng. Dựa trên dữ liệu khảo sát 432 khách du lịch, mô hình nghiên cứu được kiểm định thông qua phương pháp phân tích hồi quy. Kết quả cho thấy 5 yếu tố: phương tiện hữu hình, độ tin cậy, sự đáp ứng, độ an toàn và độ hấp dẫn có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến sự hài lòng của du khách đối với hoạt động du lịch đường sông ở tuyến sông Hàn, thành phố Đà Nẵng. Trong đó, những yếu tố tác động mạnh bao gồm độ hấp dẫn, sự đáp ứng và độ an toàn. Kết quả nghiên cứu này góp phần giúp những nhà quản lí và doanh nghiệp hiểu được các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của du khách đối với du lịch đường sông ở tuyến sông Hàn để đưa ra chiến lược khai thác hiệu quả du lịch đường sông ở thành phố Đà Nẵng trong thời gian tới.
