KHẢO SÁT HOẠT TÍNH KHÁNG KHUẨN CỦA DỊCH CHIẾT TỎI (Allium sativum) VÀ KINH GIỚI (Elsholtzia ciliata) LÊN VI KHUẨN Edwardsiella ictaluri GÂY BỆNH TRÊN CÁ TRA (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus)

Nghiên cứu đánh giá khả năng ức chế tăng trưởng của vi khuẩn Edwardsiella ictaluri phân lập được trên cá tra của dịch chiết có nguồn gốc từ tỏi và kinh giới. Tỏi và kinh giới sau khi xử lí nhiệt được nghiền nát và pha trong dung môi ethanol 70%, methanol 70%, acetone 70%, nước cất, lọc và cô quay chân không tạo được các dịch chiết có nồng độ 100 mg/mL. Kết quả cho thấy, dịch chiết tỏi có khả năng kháng khuẩn cao hơn dịch chiết kinh giới. Trong đó, dịch chiết tỏi, dịch chiết từ dung môi ethanol 70% cho hiệu quả kháng Edwardsiella ictaluri cao nhất với với đường kính vòng vô khuẩn lần lượt là 2,17 ± 0,61 mm và giá trị tỉ lệ MBC/MIC là 3,9. Dịch chiết tỏi từ dung môi methanol 70% và dịch chiết kinh giới trong dung môi ethanol 70% cũng có khả năng kháng khuẩn và có tiềm năng sử dụng trong phòng trị bệnh do Edwardsiella ictaluri gây ra trên cá tra.
