DIGITAL CHILDREN’S BOOKS IN VIETNAM: AT PRESENT AND IN THE FUTURE

The advent reading environment of primary students have been deeply changed since the digital publishing techonology starts. In 2022, the Ministry of Education & Training (MoET) issued a standard for school libraries, encouraging schools to prepare digital information resources to enhance students’ reading literacy. This paper seeks to identify criteria for evaluating digital children’s books to support primary students’ reading literacy development.
